Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the design, installation, and configuration of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS and Azure).
• Identifying, categorizing, and responding to Network, Security, and Compute system events.
• Performing routine maintenance and updates of cloud systems and applications, including patching, backup, recovery, etc.
• Supporting and monitoring Infrastructure and IT security systems.
• Supporting and enhancing existing Business Applications.
• Participating in Incident Management, Problem, and Change Management.
• Collaborating with team members to contribute to the overall success of deliverables.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and developments.

Eligibiilty Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Science).
• Participating in providing support for Linux and Windows systems.
• Involvement in IT security monitoring tools and access control.
• Good understanding of full-stack development.
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
