Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries regarding employee pay, benefits, company policies, and other HR-related matters.
- Document each query thoroughly using a mailbox/case management system.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend inquiries to ensure accurate resolution.
- Utilize available resources such as knowledge bases, HRMS systems, and the company intranet to provide the most precise responses.
- Interpret policies and clarify procedures to employees as needed.
- Process various HR transactions including new hires, employment data changes, terminations, earnings/deduction transactions, pay by exception input, leave and attendance transactions, and overtime inputs.
- Manage Hire to Retire queries on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and address escalated issues from employees, HR professionals, and HR managers.
- Identify trends and high-volume inquiries that may indicate corporate-wide issues and report to management as necessary.
- Adhere to service level agreements to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and transactions.

- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively address and resolve client issues via calls, chat, and email.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities to comprehend and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently and thoroughly resolve customer issues.
- Proactive approach and respect for the customer’s time in addressing their concerns.
- Exhibit good time management skills to ensure that all customer interactions add value.
- Perform work duties from the office.
