Key Responsibilities:
- Execute straightforward tasks within predefined procedures.
- Enter and edit data in work tools following specified guidelines and checklists.
- Capture comprehensive information related to the Metals & Mining Industry Content Department.
- Generate daily work reports using reporting tools, including the extraction and validation of data errors.
- Review content feedback to correct errors, refine procedures, and enhance accuracy.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets with a focus on quality and excellence.
- Collaborate within the team and with related teams, working with supervisors to understand processes.
- Work in collaboration with other teams, ensuring tasks meet set standards under supervision.
- Stay updated on content sets, building knowledge of the mining industry and reporting standards.
- Enhance learning through modules such as Learning Xchange, LinkedIn Learning, and policy compliance modules.
- Foster innovation by identifying initiatives aligned with the LEAN philosophy.
- Contribute to achieving personal and team objectives.
Eligibiilty Criteria:
- Master’s in Geology (M.Sc. in Geology)/(MTech in Mine Engineering).
- Engineering degree with specialization in Civil/Chemical.
- Any Science Graduate with a specialization in Geology.
Preferred Skills:
- Willingness to work in rotational (including night) shifts.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate in a team environment, following a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong computer proficiency.
- Initiative-taking and resourcefulness.
- Strong attention to detail and persistence in approaching work.
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Positive and competitive attitude towards work.
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
